1. About BolBindass

BolBindass ("we", "us", "the platform") is an AI-powered interview practice service operated as a sole proprietorship based in India. By using BolBindass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BolBindass.
You must use the service only for lawful, personal practice purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. The Service

BolBindass provides:

AI-generated interview questions tailored to your job type and experience
Speech-to-text transcription of your spoken answers
AI-generated feedback on communication style, structure, and confidence
A downloadable PDF report of your session

Important: BolBindass feedback is generated by AI (OpenAI GPT models). It is designed to be helpful and constructive, but it is not a substitute for professional career coaching, HR advice, or a recruiter's assessment. Treat it as a training tool, not a final verdict.

4. No Job Guarantee

Using BolBindass does not guarantee you will get a job interview, pass an interview, or receive a job offer. Performance in a real interview depends on many factors outside our control. We make no representations about employment outcomes.

5. One Answer Per Question

Each session gives you one attempt per question (with a 2-minute cap). This is intentional — it mirrors real interview conditions. If you want more practice, start a new session. Each new session generates a fresh set of questions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use BolBindass to submit harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our question bank or AI prompts
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
Misrepresent your identity or use another person's session
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair BolBindass's infrastructure

We reserve the right to block access for any user or IP that violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BolBindass — including the brand name, question bank, feedback framework, UI design, and code — is owned by us and protected under applicable Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Your answers and transcripts remain yours. We use them only to generate your report and do not claim ownership over your words.

8. Paid Sessions (When Applicable)

BolBindass may offer paid session packs in the future. When payments are enabled:

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.
Session packs are non-refundable once a session has been started.
If a technical failure on our end prevents session completion, we will credit a replacement session.
GST will be applied as per Indian tax law (we are GST registered).
Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is subject to change with 7 days' notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BolBindass is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
AI-generated feedback will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every individual
Speech transcription will be 100% accurate in all accents or audio conditions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, BolBindass and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or reliance on AI feedback.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session in question (or ₹0 for free sessions).

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of BolBindass at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of major changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly via email.
